Our clients are diverse, and our services are open to everyone, regardless of your age, ability, gender, sexual preference, culture, ethnicity, or faith. Many of our team members are trained in working cross-culturally and we can empower you to participate in your local community.

Assist Personal Activities

We are able to provide you with NDIS assistance with your personal care. We can assist with a range of everyday activities in the comfort of your home:
    • Mobility and hoist transfers
    • Showering or bathing
    • Dressing & Grooming
    • Personal hygiene
    • Help with the preparation of meals
    • Feeding as per your support plan
    • Household tasks

Assist Life Stage Transition

Our dedicated team is always there to support you in every stage of your life. We work closely with participants to understand their support requirements and offer the required peer, mental and emotional support to help participants achieve their short and long-term goals. We focus on strengthening the participant’s ability to coordinate their support and to assist them to live at home and participate in their community.

Access / Maintain Employment

Supporting you to explore your career preferences and commence or stay at work. With the assistance of our team,

Assist Travel / Transport

We support our participants to build the capacity to independently travel using our transport and travel assistance services. Transport support consists of personal transport training to use public transport, related aids, and equipment. Our NDIS transport services go hand in hand with- Community Participation, social, economic, and daily life activities

Community Nursing care

At Ozzi Care Services, we have certified and experienced medical professionals who can render community nursing care under the NDIS program. We provide an obligation-free consultation in the comfort of your own home, with the purpose of listening to and understanding your needs.

Community Participation

We lay a lot of emphasis on community participation programs as we understand the importance of participants enjoying the recreational aspect of life. We go beyond that to understand that they need to live just like any other person and lay emphasis on helping them go about their social interactions.

Development-Life Skills

We bring you several ways, activities, and training to help you live independently. Our staff can assist in developing life skills needed for participants to thrive in the community and achieve their social objectives. We take the time to get to know our clients and help them develop and progress in the areas we believe we can most benefit them.

Group / Center Activities

We support our participants to access a broad range of group-based activities and programs while socializing including:
    • Arts and crafts
    • Music
    • Sport
    • Dance
    • Board games
    • Disco
    • Cooking

Household Tasks

When your NDIS plan identifies that you require assistance with household activities and cleaning, Ozzi Care Services will assist you with
    • Mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
    • Wiping down benchtops
    • Cleaning the fridge
    • Dishwashing and drying
    • Laundry washing and drying
    • Grocery shopping
    • Meals and Cooking
